  • Demand Generation: Primary focus on demand generation, outdoor and BTL campaigns (interacting with retailers and mechanics). Collecting feedback from market intelligence. Competition pricing and benchmarking
  • Capability Building of Channel Partners: Ensuring skill development of Distributor manpower. Distributor Management and capability enhancement. Distributor Infrastructure development and enhancement. Ensure adherence to Sales processes, policies & Marketing tools.
