Job Overview

Lakebrains Technologies is seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our Udaipur office. This internship is designed for freshers with up to 1 year of work experience who are eager to gain practical experience in human resources within a dynamic and innovative company. As an intern, you will support various HR functions while working closely with our HR team on multiple aspects of recruitment and employee engagement.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting tasks (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with recruitment software to streamline hiring processes (Mandatory skill).
  • Familiarity with onboarding tools to facilitate smooth integration of new hires (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to use Google Workspace for document management and collaboration efficiently.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems to maintain digital records and manage employee data.
  • Experience with scheduling software to organize interviews and manage appointments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members.
  • Data entry skills to accurately capture and organize information into HR databases.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and updating recruitment reports.
  • Support the onboarding of new employees, ensuring a seamless experience from offer acceptance to joining.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and enhance the workplace environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and databases.
  • Coordinate HR activities and events to ensure they run smoothly and are well-attended.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing documentation and handling inquiries.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops to improve team skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to support strategic goals and objectives.
