Mycleaners is a leading professional cleaning and laundry service provider, dedicated to delivering high-quality, efficient, and customer-focused solutions. We are expanding our team and looking for a proactive Operations Executive who can ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and franchise partners to maintain efficiency.
  • Handle escalations and resolve operational issues effectively.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to company standards, processes, and quality checks.
  • Assist in workforce planning, staff scheduling, and performance management.
  • Track, analyze, and report operational data for process improvements.
  • Support management in implementing new policies, SOPs, and automation tools.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and health & safety standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and basic operational software/ERP tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
