About The Opportunity
A fast-growing firm operating in the Talent Services & HRTech sector, delivering recruitment operations, candidate experience, and employer-facing services across India. We combine process-driven operations with technology-enabled workflows to support hiring, onboarding, billing and vendor coordination for enterprise and SMB clients. We are hiring an on-site Operations Executive to run day-to-day operational execution from our India office.

Primary job title: Operations Executive

Location: India (On-site)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations for hiring & delivery pipelines: coordinate request intake, prioritisation, and cross-team handoffs to meet SLAs.
  • Produce and maintain accurate MIS and KPI reports (dashboards, reconciliation) for leadership and client stakeholders.
  • Execute billing, invoicing, and reconciliation activities—raise invoices, track payments, and resolve discrepancies with finance and clients.
  • Maintain and update SOPs, process documentation and playbooks; implement small process improvements to boost throughput and quality.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships and third-party services—onboarding, performance tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Act as the operational point of contact for cross-functional teams (recruiting, finance, client success) to ensure smooth delivery and high candidate/client satisfaction.

Comfortable working on-site and collaborating directly with cross-functional teams and external partners.
