Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
Bench Sales Recruiter
with a strong understanding of the US IT staffing process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, proven experience in marketing IT consultants, and the ability to close positions efficiently by building strong client and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market and place bench consultants (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, EAD, and US Citizens) with clients and implementation partners.
  • Identify potential clients, vendors, and business opportunities through job portals, networking, and direct contacts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients for regular updates on requirements.
  • Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions with vendors and clients.
  • Track submissions and follow up on interview schedules, feedback, and placements.
  • Maintain proper documentation and an updated database of consultants and submissions.
  • Coordinate with consultants to ensure a smooth onboarding process after placement.
  • Stay updated with market trends and new technologies to position consultants effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum
    2+ years of experience
    as a Bench Sales Recruiter in the US IT staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of the
    US recruitment process
    , including W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to work in
    US time zones
    .

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with VMS portals and direct client submissions.
  • Track record of high submission-to-placement ratio.
  • Familiarity with immigration terms and processes.
