Role & responsibilities
- Develop, draft, and update SOPs in line with organizational needs, policies, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with department heads and functional teams to document and standardize operational processes.
- Ensure SOPs are clear, practical, and aligned with compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular process audits to verify adherence to SOPs and recommend corrective actions.
- Train employees and new joiners on SOPs to ensure proper understanding and execution.
- Monitor and evaluate process performance to identify gaps or areas for improvement.
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of all SOPs.
- Act as a central point of contact for SOP-related queries and clarifications.
- Support management in ensuring operational efficiency, quality assurance, and compliance.
- Report non-compliance or deviations to senior management with corrective action plans.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong knowledge of process documentation and compliance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and manage stakeholders.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and documentation tools.
- Knowledge of industry-specific compliance/regulatory requirements (preferred).
