We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Executive with 1-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in bulk employee code creation and managing end-to-end background verification (BGV) processes. This role is critical in ensuring smooth HR operations and maintaining compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Code Management
Create and manage bulk employee codes using HRIS systems and Excel/database tools
- Ensure unique identifier assignment for new hires and maintain data integrity
- Generate employee ID cards, access cards, and system login credentials
- Maintain employee master data and update records as needed
Coordinate with IT teams for system access provisioning
Background Verification (BGV) Process
Execute complete end-to-end background verification processes for new hires
- Coordinate with external BGV agencies and vendors
- Track and follow up on pending verification cases
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Maintain BGV documentation and create verification reports
- Handle discrepancy resolution and communicate findings to stakeholders
Monitor BGV timelines and escalate delays appropriately
General HR Operations
Support onboarding processes and new hire documentation
- Maintain employee databases and HR information systems
- Generate HR reports and analytics as required
- Assist in policy implementation and process improvements
- Handle employee queries related to HR operations
- Support audit activities and compliance requirements
Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in employee data management and BGV processes
- Proven experience with bulk data processing and employee code generation
- Hands-on experience managing background verification processes
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation)
- Experience with HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar)
- Knowledge of database management and data entry processes
- Familiarity with BGV platforms and vendor management systems
- Basic understanding of HR compliance and documentation requirements
