As a customer support lead at Z NATURALS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive experience with our products and services. Your English proficiency, both written and spoken, will be essential in effectively communicating with our diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via instant messenger, email, and social media, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize your knowledge of American English + ChatGPT to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office/Google Docs/Excel to accurately maintain customer records and documentation.
- Utilize social media marketing skills to engage with customers and promote our products on various platforms.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide product information and support promotional activities.
- Identify and escalate any customer issues or trends to management to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously strive to improve customer support processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
