Key Responsibilities
- Lead the HR function and align people strategy with company goals.
- Manage recruitment for all levels and ensure timely hiring.
- Oversee employee performance reviews and appraisals.
- Design training and development programs for skill enhancement.
- Handle employee engagement, motivation, and grievance redressal.
- Ensure payroll, compliance, and HR policies are followed.
- Build a positive and professional work culture.
Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
- 15–20 years of HR experience, with leadership exposure.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance.
Skills Required
- Leadership and team management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of modern HR tools and practices.
- Ability to balance strategy with day-to-day execution.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50, ₹80,000.00 per month
