Role Overview
The resource will play a critical role in managing end-to-end HR operations for the Center of Knowledge and Development (CKD) and contribute to driving Group-wide Learning & Development initiatives. The role requires an HR generalist with a strong grounding in core HR functions, employee lifecycle management, and exposure to talent management, organizational development, and L&D interventions.
This is a strategic support role that combines hands-on HR operations with opportunities to shape people practices that are aligned with the organization's growth and culture.
Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations
- Drive smooth onboarding, induction, and assimilation experiences for new hires.
- Oversee issuance of employment-related letters (appointment, confirmation, experience, visa, NOC, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and HR policies.
- Administer HRIS (Darwinbox preferred), leveraging it for efficient operations and insightful reporting.
Talent Management & Employee Engagement
- Partner with managers to identify, develop, and retain high-potential talent.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture and belonging.
- Conduct pulse surveys and leverage people analytics to generate insights and recommendations for leadership.
- Support organizational design and workforce planning efforts with business leaders.
Learning & Development
- Collaborate with the Head – HR to set up L&D programs tailored to organizational needs.
- Support Group-wide L&D priorities, including training calendars, capability assessments, and career pathways.
- Track training effectiveness and ensure knowledge-sharing mechanisms across entities.
Rewards & Policies
- Assist in designing and administering compensation structures and benefits packages.
- Contribute to reviewing and updating HR policies, ensuring they remain employee-friendly and business-aligned.
- Support harmonization of people practices across the group.
Eligibility & Skills
- Education: MBA in HR / Psychology from a reputed institution.
- Experience: 5–7 years in core HR management roles, with demonstrated expertise in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and exposure to L&D/talent management.
- Proven experience managing a workforce of at least 250 employees.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools; Darwinbox preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to use data to generate insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance operational discipline with strategic thinking.
