About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Associate to support end-to-end HR operations at Dice Academy. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and passionate about people processes, employee engagement, and smooth HR workflow across branches.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle full-cycle hiring: job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate with department managers for manpower planning.
  • Conduct HR interviews and evaluate candidates.
  • Manage onboarding formalities, offer letters, documentation & induction.

2. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance Support

  • Monitor attendance and leaves through HRMS/Excel.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure documentation completeness.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture Building

  • Organize employee activities, celebrations & communication initiatives.
  • Address employee queries and ensure positive work environment.
  • Support grievance handling with timely escalation.

4. Performance Monitoring

  • Maintain data of monthly performance report from branch heads.

5. Administrative Coordination

  • Maintain HR MIS reports & trackers.
  • Support coordination for joining, exit process & F&F formalities.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between head office & branches.

Who Can Apply (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's Degree (MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR (EdTech or Service Industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, HR emails, and documentation.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism.
