HR Ops plays a mission-critical role in ensuring our systems, processes, and documentation are airtight. Whether it's maintaining clean employee data, driving smooth lifecycle processes, or ensuring compliance across audits, we keep the organisation running with precision and reliability.

What You'll Do

  • Onboarding Excellence
    – Lead the complete Day 0 to Day 1 onboarding experience, ensuring documentation, system setup, induction readiness, and a flawless start for every new Baazigar.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management
    – Own lifecycle processes including confirmations, internal movements, letters (experience, role change, etc.), and exit formalities with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Darwinbox System Ownership
    – Act as the Darwinbox SME, supporting workflows, resolving system queries, maintaining org structures, and ensuring accurate configurations across modules.
  • Data & Documentation Governance
    – Maintain compliant employee records, manage HR documentation, create MIS reports, and support internal/external audits with precision.
  • Payroll & HRIS Support
    – Manage data inputs for payroll accuracy, ensure timely updates, and maintain consistency across HR systems.
  • Employee Experience Support
    – Assist in driving engagement initiatives, communication calendars, and People & Culture touchpoints, ensuring a positive and seamless employee experience.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in
    HR Operations
  • Strong working knowledge of
    Darwinbox
    (mandatory)
  • Solid understanding of onboarding processes, HRIS data management, payroll inputs, and exit workflows
  • Advanced
    Excel
    and HR reporting skills
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder alignment, and a detail-obsessed approach to processes
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy, consistency, and ownership
