Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Specialist with 1–3 years of hands-on experience to join our marketing team in Pune. The role involves executing and optimizing digital campaigns, managing ads, supporting SEO/SEM efforts, and contributing to brand visibility and lead generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Run and optimize ads on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
  • Support SEO, SEM, and content marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor analytics and prepare detailed performance reports.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams for campaign assets.
  • Contribute to strategies that improve brand visibility and lead generation.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
  • Passion for digital trends, marketing innovations, and performance-driven campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
