Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description Requirements - Must reside in Pune - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance campaigns (Google & Meta Ads). - Proven track record of achieving measurable marketing results. - Good design skills for social media creatives. - Strong analytical mindset and a creative approach to problem-solving. - Familiarity with tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, and Google Analytics. Key Responsibilities - Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns. - Execute and manage LinkedIn Marketing initiatives for B2B clients. - Monitor performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to improve ROI. - Manage and grow client social media accounts with engaging content. - Design creative social media posts and ad creatives (Canva/Photoshop or similar tools). - Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
