Role Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes paid campaigns. If you can strategize, launch, and manage ad campaigns that not only get clicks but also convert into real business growth, this is the role for you.

You should be confident in handling:

  • Paid Ad Campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Social Media Management – driving engagement and community growth
  • Creative Tools like Canva for quick campaign visuals
  • Campaign analytics, optimization, and reporting to ensure every rupee spent delivers impact

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Manage and track ad performance with clear KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROI, etc.).
  • Create engaging ad creatives using Canva or similar design tools.
  • Monitor budgets and ensure campaigns deliver within spend limits.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in paid ads & performance marketing.
  • Coordinate with the design and content team for campaign creatives.
  • Manage basic social media ad campaigns to boost reach and engagement.
