Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Digital Marketing and Website Development sectors.
  • Identify and develop new B2B opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication (including international clients from Tier 1 countries).
  • Handle client communication fluently in English and confidently present ideas across different time zones.
  • Generate new international projects through outbound communication, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Project Management:

  • Oversee project planning, coordination, and execution for Digital and Website Development campaigns.
  • Manage client requirements, budgets, and timelines effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal creative, design, and production teams.
  • Ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction at every stage.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Client Servicing, or Project Management (Agency Experience Preferred).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Creative mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14, ₹35,000.00 per month
