Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Sr. Executive – Sales & Marketing. The Sr. Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing sales activities, identifying new market opportunities, conducting market research, building client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also includes coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and represent the company at industry events and meetings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
  • Strong skills in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Persuasion skills
  • Ability to develop and implement innovative Marketing Strategies
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with other departments
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the chemicals, textiles, paints, coatings, or adhesives industries is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel as required
