  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and ensure alignment of hiring needs.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment tracking systems regularly.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and sourcing techniques.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
