BONbLOC is a 5-year-old, fast growing, "Great Place to work" certified, Software and Services company with a growing team of 200+ professionals working across various cities in India and US. Our software product group builds SaaS solutions to solve large scale supply chain data collection and analysis problems using Blockchain, Data Science and IOT technologies. Our services group provides dedicated offshore/onsite support to select large customers in their IT modernization efforts working on technologies such as Mainframe, AS400, Cognos, Oracle, .NET, Angular, Java, Tableau, Xamarin, Android, etc.

On the software side, we go to market with our SaaS products built on blockchain, IOT and AI. We help customers monitor and track their supply chain flow with our software.

On the services side, we go to market with our 'Digital and Modern' platform where we use a range of technologies from timeless traditional to JOOG (just out of git) to help customers with their modernization initiatives. We implement and support standard ERP and WMS packages, build custom web and mobile applications, help customers modernize their mainframe and as400 systems, build large scale data warehousing and generative AI based applications, cyber-security, cloud adoption and similar projects.

Job description:

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Delivery Manager with 12+ years of experience to oversee end-to-end software delivery operations, customer relationship management, AI-enabled initiatives, and large-scale project execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing software delivery, driving AI-driven optimization, ensuring customer satisfaction, and aligning business objectives with technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project & Delivery Management

  • Lead and manage multiple software delivery projects ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes within defined scope and budget.
  • Establish and drive delivery governance, metrics, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, infrastructure, and support) to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Manage Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) operations with clear SLAs and KPIs.

2. AI Strategy and Delivery

  • Drive alignment of AI initiatives with business goals, integrating emerging AI, ML, and data analytics technologies to enhance delivery efficiency and business impact.
  • Implement AI-driven automation and predictive analytics to optimize project tracking, resource utilization, and operational performance across teams.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and ethical standards.
  • Define KPIs to measure ROI and performance of AI-enabled initiatives.

3. Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer interactions and relationship management.
  • Understand client business needs and translate them into actionable delivery goals.
  • Handle client escalations effectively, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining customer confidence.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and performance management.

4. Budgeting & Financial Oversight

  • Plan, manage, and track project budgets ensuring cost optimization and financial control.
  • Forecast resource requirements and ensure alignment with business and project goals.
  • Present regular financial and delivery reports to senior management.

5. People & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop delivery teams ensuring motivation and performance excellence.
  • Allocate and manage resources efficiently across multiple projects.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.

6. Technical & Operational Expertise

  • Oversee hardware and infrastructure requirements for project execution and delivery readiness.
  • Ensure technical feasibility and risk management for all project deliverables
  • Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to align technology solutions with customer expectations.
  • Manage and enhance AMS frameworks and processes for ongoing operational excellence.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of AI, Data Management, and Automation technologies.
  • 12–15 years of experience in software delivery management.
  • Experience in customer management, escalation handling, governance, and project leadership.
  • Expertise in AMS delivery and service management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Willing to travel as per the project requirements
