Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our Madurai branch. The role involves generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and achieving sales targets. Both freshers and experienced candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through calls, emails, social media, and field activities.
- Understand client needs and present appropriate products/services.
- Maintain follow-ups and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and documentation.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.
Required Skills:Freshers:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales and client interaction.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Experienced:
- Prior sales or business development experience preferred.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and lead generation strategies (added advantage).
- Ability to meet targets and handle pressure.
Qualifications:
- Any UG or PG degree.
