Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, SMEs-Business Analysts-Agentic AI
The Assistant Vice President, Agentic Procurement - SMEs/Business Analysts will play a crucial role in leveraging procurement domain expertise to develop structured workflows and functional specifications for Agentic AI's products. This position requires a strategic thinker with deep domain knowledge and analytical skills to design AI-driven solutions that enhance procurement operations and drive automation. 
Key Responsibilities

•    Translate Domain Expertise:
o    Convert sourcing domain knowledge into structured Agentic workflows and functional product specifications.

•    Workflow Automation:
o    Collaborate with sourcing category experts to identify procurement workflows suitable for automation or agentic execution.

•    Product Requirement Documents (PRDs):
o    Develop detailed PRDs outlining user journeys, process logic, and AI-agent interactions.

•    Success Metrics and KPIs:
o    Define success metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and test cases for each procurement agent.

•    Collaboration and Validation:
o    Partner with product managers to validate feature fit and work with data architects to ensure data alignment.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications

•    Strong understanding of procurement processes, workflows, and best practices.

•    Proven experience in creating Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and translating complex business needs into functional specifications.

•    Demonstrated ability to define success metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and test cases for procurement solutions.

•    Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess information, identify trends, and create actionable insights.

•    Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications

•    Experience working with AI technologies, including applied AI, GenAI, and large language models (LLMs).

•    Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing complex projects from conception to execution.

•    Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives in procurement or supply chain environments.

•    Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies and tools.
