Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Change Management – Agentic AI
In this role, you'll be part of Genpact's transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions—domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.
As Genpact transforms into an Agentic-led enterprise, the AVP – Change Management will play a pivotal role in executing large-scale organizational transformation initiatives under the Agentic Operations Readiness Accelerator (AORA).
This role focuses on translating the Agentic strategy into a sequenced, actionable roadmap—partnering with HR, L&D, Business, and Product teams to build readiness, drive behavioral adoption, and embed agentic ways of working across the organization.
The ideal candidate is hands-on and execution-driven, with strong program management skills, a deep understanding of what drives behavior change, and the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders in an evolving, ambiguous environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Change Execution & Adoption\: Execute AORA-led change initiatives across business and delivery units, driving employee readiness, engagement, and adoption of agentic practices.
• Partnership with L&D and HR\: Collaborate with learning and HR teams to design and operationalize upskilling programs that build agentic capability and future-ready talent pools.
• Change Roadmapping\: Translate transformation strategy into a clear, sequenced roadmap—defining what changes first, who is impacted, and how readiness will be built and measured.
• Behavioral Design & Coaching\: Identify behavioral drivers and resistance points; apply change levers, coaching, and engagement mechanisms to shape new mindsets and habits.
• Stakeholder Mapping & Influence\: Conduct stakeholder analysis, build trust and influence across functions, and engage leadership to sustain momentum through transformation.
• Program & Performance Management\: Manage multiple change workstreams with clear governance, milestones, and impact tracking to ensure timely and measurable outcomes.
• Communication & Storytelling\: Create compelling internal narratives, toolkits, and campaigns that articulate the transformation journey and motivate adoption.
• Measurement & Continuous Improvement\: Capture feedback and readiness metrics to evolve the change playbook, learning design, and communication cadence.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
• Experience in organizational change management, transformation, or large-scale program execution roles.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable change roadmaps with clear sequencing and ownership.
• Experience partnering with L&D and HR to design capability-building or upskilling programs.
• Strong stakeholder mapping and influencing skills; able to align diverse teams and manage resistance.
• Understanding of behavioral design and coaching principles to drive sustained adoption.
• High execution orientation with hands-on program management capability.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, iterative problem-solving, and adaptive execution.
• Working understanding of AI, Agentic, and digital transformation concepts and their role in shaping the workforce of the future.
