Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Business Solution Architect – Agentic AI
Role Summary:
In this role, you'll be a part of Genpact's transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions—domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations across Agentic AI products like AP Suite and Insurance, among others, set to expand across service lines.  

The assistant vice president of agentic AI solutions supports the design, implementation, and optimization of AI solutions using autonomous agents to enhance process efficiency, decision-making, and customer experience. This role involves collaborating with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Opportunity Assessment\: Assist in evaluating client use cases to identify opportunities for deploying agentic AI solutions, such as workflow automation and decision agents.

•    Architectural Support\: Contribute to the design of multi-agent architectures and decision-flow logic for autonomous operations.

•    Integration Assistance\: Collaborate with engineering teams to facilitate integration of solutions into client systems like enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), and Helpdesk platforms.

•    Proof-of-Concept Development\: Support the development of proof-of-concepts and pilot implementations to validate business impact.

•    Performance Monitoring\: Help monitor and evaluate agent performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as accuracy and latency.

•    Compliance Support\: Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and ethical AI guidelines.

•    Documentation Creation\: Assist in creating client-facing technical documentation and training materials.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications

•    Understanding of AI Frameworks\: Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), autonomous agent frameworks, and workflow orchestration tools.

•    Prompt Engineering Skills\: Basic proficiency in prompt engineering and multi-agent task coordination.

•    Integration Experience\: Experience in integrating AI solutions with enterprise tools like Salesforce and ServiceNow.

•    Analytical Mindset\: Ability to assist in defining measurable success metrics.

•    Communication Skills\: Effective communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
