Role Overview:

RocketBNK is seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Regional Head – Sales
to lead our Payout and Escrow Account business in Delhi NCR. The role involves driving sales growth, managing a high-performing team, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and convert qualified sales leads for Payout and Escrow Account products.
  • Manage, guide, and motivate a team of 4–5 Sales Managers to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Ensure achievement of
    Payout Client Acquisition Targets
    and
    Escrow Account Business Targets
    .
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure superior service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in sales leadership roles within banking, fintech, or related financial services.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets, particularly in Payout/Transaction Banking or Escrow services.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
