Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Associate located in Coimbatore. The Office Associate will handle a variety of tasks including administrative assistance, customer service, office administration, and basic accounting. Daily responsibilities include managing office supplies, scheduling appointments, responding to customer inquiries, and handling billing and invoicing processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
  • Basic Accounting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be an advantage
