Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, connect, and build relationships with influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Negotiate collaborations, partnerships, and campaigns with influencers.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools, ensuring ROI and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to create engaging influencer content.
  • Maintain a strong influencer database and ensure long-term relationship management.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing / Social Media Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital trends, social media platforms, and influencer landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative thinker with ability to plan engaging campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure impact and optimize campaigns.
