Social Media Intern – Kohgem (Luxury Jewellery Brand)

Location: Kohgem Store & Manufacturing Unit

Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Type: Full-time Internship (On-site)

About the Role

Kohgem is looking for a Social Media Intern with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling to capture the dual worlds of our brand — the luxury of fine jewellery and the personality behind it.

You'll work from our store and manufacturing unit daily, documenting the artistry, people, and insights that shape Kohgem.

This role focuses purely on on-ground content capture — the marketing manager handles editing, strategy, and posting.

You'll be filming for two distinct social media pages:

Kohgem (Brand Page) – Jewellery, craftsmanship, and product luxury.

Milind Mathur (Owner Page) – Personal branding, jewellery insights, lifestyle, and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Filming

Capture daily activities in-store and in the manufacturing unit – craftsmanship, polishing, packaging, and new product reveals.

Film Mr. Milind Mathur regularly to create storytelling content — his interactions, insights, design process, and day-to-day as a jeweller.

Differentiate content style:

Kohgem: luxury, refined, product-driven, cinematic.

Milind Mathur: personal, conversational, educational, influencer-style.

Record short interviews, voiceovers, or snippets using lapel mics for clear sound.

Maintain an organized media bank of footage for both pages.

Capture spontaneous moments that highlight brand authenticity and emotion.

Coordination

Work under the guidance of the marketing manager for filming direction, schedule, and brand tonality.

Align daily filming goals with content needs for both Kohgem and Milind Mathur's personal page.

Requirements

Excellent aesthetic and visual sense — luxury presentation and attention to detail.

Strong grasp of Instagram and influencer-style storytelling.

Must have a high-quality camera phone (iPhone 12 or above / equivalent).

Basic filming, lighting, and framing skills.

Own a lapel mic or basic audio setup for on-the-go recordings.

Comfortable filming people and products confidently.

Disciplined, punctual, and proactive — must enjoy being on the floor daily.

Interest in luxury, jewellery, craftsmanship, and content storytelling.

Background in media, fashion, marketing, or communication preferred.
