Location: Remote About the Role: We are seeking a results-driven Influencer & Affiliate Marketer to spearhead our influencer outreach and affiliate program initiatives. This role combines creative strategy with data-driven optimization to build and scale partnerships that drive conversions and revenue. The ideal candidate is a proactive networker with a knack for negotiation, performance analysis, and program management, thriving in a fast-paced environment to turn creators and affiliates into long-term brand advocates. Key Responsibilities: * Lead influencer outreach efforts by scouting, identifying, evaluating, and onboarding creators and influencers who align with the brand’s objectives, values, and target audience. * Convert potential influencers and creators into long-term brand partners through strategic negotiations, contract management, and ongoing relationship building to foster loyalty and collaboration. * Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies with a strong focus on conversions, including campaign planning, content guidelines, and performance tracking to maximize impact. * Analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as ROI, engagement rates, conversion data, and audience insights; optimize future strategies based on data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and results. * Scale and manage the affiliate program from the ground up, including promoting the program across various networks, building inbound and outbound funnels for recruitment, and scouting, pitching, and onboarding new affiliates to expand reach and partnerships. * Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align influencer and affiliate efforts with broader brand goals. * Stay updated on industry trends, platform algorithms (e.G., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), and best practices in influencer and affiliate marketing to innovate and adapt strategies. * Monitor compliance with legal and brand guidelines in all partnerships, ensuring transparency and ethical practices. Qualifications and Skills: * 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing and affiliate marketing. * Proven track record of building and scaling affiliate programs and influencer campaigns that deliver measurable ROI and conversions. * Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with experience in contract drafting and partnership nurturing. * Proficiency in analytics tools (e.G., Google Analytics, affiliate platforms like ShareASale or Impact, influencer tools like Aspire or Upfluence) for performance tracking and optimization. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to pitch ideas persuasively and build rapport with diverse creators and affiliates. * Creative mindset with an eye for trends and audience alignment; familiarity with socialmedia platforms and content creation ecosystems. * Self-starter with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns and funnels simultaneously.
