Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and sales opportunities.
  • Maintain customer records, leads, and follow-ups in Google Sheets / Excel for daily reporting.
  • Update and manage data accurately across CRM or online tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales or performance targets.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by providing clear, polite, and helpful communication.

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets, MS Excel, and basic computer operations.
  • Goal-oriented, confident, and self-motivated personality.
  • Ability to handle both customer service and sales-related conversations effectively.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer support will be an advantage.
