A Tele Sales Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, explain features and benefits, answer customer queries, and close sales deals. The role requires good communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Present products or services and explain their features clearly.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Maintain customer records and update databases.
- Follow up on leads to generate more business.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Report sales performance and feedback to the manager.
Skills & Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service is a plus.
Work Environment:
- Office-based or work-from-home setup (depending on company).
- Typically involves working with a headset, CRM software, and calling tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9, ₹18,000.00 per month
