Location: Kanpur

Salary: ₹8,000 - ₹12,000/month

We are hiring a Telecaller to join our team. Your main role will be to reach out to potential customers, promote our products/services, and generate leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients.
  • Answer customer queries and provide product information.
  • Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
  • Meet sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
  • Ability to persuade and engage customers.
  • Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Office).
  • Prior telecalling/sales experience is a plus.
