Learning and Development Coordinator

Overview:We are seeking a Training and Development Executive to design, implement, and oversee training programs for both production and general staff. The ideal candidate will help enhance employee skills, productivity, and overall performance across the organization. Responsibilities:Develop and deliver training programs for production teams and general staff.
Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements. Organize onboarding and refresher courses to ensure staff are up-to-date with company policies and procedures. Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.
Collaborate with department heads to address specific team training needs. Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company standards. Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement across the organization.
Skills Required:3+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in manufacturing or production environments. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of training methods and techniques.
Ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness. Proficiency in MS Office and training software.
