Learning Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver training programs for employees on various topics such as leadership development, communication skills, and technical skills.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create training materials that cater to the specific needs of the organization.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Facilitate workshops and interactive sessions to engage employees and promote learning.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to trainees to ensure they achieve their goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously improve our training programs.
- Collaborate with management to align training with organizational goals and objectives.
- 1-5 years of experience in training or instructional design.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with e-learning platforms and tools.
- Ability to assess and analyze training needs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in training or related fields is a plus.
