Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to create, implement, and conduct learning initiatives for our employees. This role will be an extension of our Learning team for stakeholders.

  • Key responsibilities include evaluating existing learning initiatives, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing relevant programs.
  • The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of L&D fundamentals, competency mapping, and assessment, as well as adult learning styles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with businesses, analyzing their needs, and partnering with them to provide learning solutions.
  • Collaboration and influence are key in working with different functions, discussing and aligning on learning needs, and leveraging HRBPs for learning agendas.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to execute learning initiatives.
  • Tracking and monitoring learning metrics is also a critical aspect of this role.
  • Additionally, the candidate will work with subject matter experts to create customized learning modules, including self-paced videos, and coordinate the development of these resources.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors LMS or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Assessments, surveys, and feedback will be used to evaluate the effectiveness of programs, and analytics will be prepared to inform future initiatives.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in any field and Master's degree in Marketing (MBA/PGDM) are required.
