Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Junior Engineer role located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Junior Engineer will be responsible for assisting in the design, drawing, drafting & development, and implementation of roofing projects. Daily tasks include project planning, material selection, collaborating with the installation team, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves supporting senior engineers in troubleshooting and optimizing project workflows.

Qualifications

  • Engineering knowledge and basic understanding of roofing and construction materials
  • Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD and other relevant engineering tools
  • Have sufficient knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Understanding of safety and quality standards in construction projects
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Relevant experience or internships in the construction or roofing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering
