Job Description:

1)Quality Management System:

Implement quality management systems on project site. Implementation of quality systems on sites like SOPs, Sequence of work etc.

2)Quality Compliance:

Monitor & Test the quality of inward material and identify deviation from quality parameter and ensure documents related to quality inspection & maintain all material document inhouse & 3rd party.

Ensure the site execution work is completed as per applicable quality standards. Identify the non-conformities and take measures to control deviation from quality standards.

Cube Casting & testing records.

New material sampling on site & Testing

All material test on site & maintain records.

3)Awareness & Training:

Display Quality instructions/posters on project site and create Quality culture.

Training to labours for major observations

4)Innovation:

Learning from past mistakes & implement new systems for durable homes
