Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Delivery Manager

with a strong background in
SaaS-based project management and delivery

. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensure client satisfaction, manage cross-functional teams, and maintain delivery excellence. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple SaaS delivery projects from planning to execution.
  • Collaborate with clients to define requirements, set expectations, and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality metrics.
  • Coordinate between technical, design, and QA teams for seamless delivery.
  • Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor project performance and provide status reports to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum
    5+ years of experience

in
project management

and
delivery management

within SaaS environments.
- Proven experience in handling
Salesforce

,
Zendesk

,
HubSpot

, or similar SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of
Agile/Scrum methodologies

.
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with
    CRM, ERP, or Customer Support platforms

.
- PMP or Agile certification.
