NEET/JEE Faculties

Job Summary:

We are seeking highly qualified and passionate faculty members to teach NEET and JEE aspirants. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective teaching skills, and a commitment to student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics/Biology to students preparing for NEET/JEE exams.
• Design and deliver engaging, result-oriented classroom sessions.
• Develop and update study materials, question banks, and test papers.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalized academic guidance.
• Monitor student performance and provide timely feedback to improve results.
• Prepare students through regular tests, mock exams, and revision sessions.
• Ensure completion of syllabus on time with high-quality delivery.
• Stay updated with latest exam patterns, trends, and changes in curriculum.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Postgraduate/Graduate degree in the relevant subject (M.Sc./B.Tech/Ph.D. preferred).
• Prior experience in teaching NEET/JEE students (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
• Strong conceptual clarity and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Ability to motivate students and work under result-oriented targets.
