Architect / Senior Architect

Experience: 4 – 10 years

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Software Skills: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office

The Architect / Senior Architect will be responsible for concept design, preparing architectural drawings, and coordinating with clients and project teams. The role requires a combination of design creativity, technical proficiency, and strong coordination skills to ensure project delivery meets client expectations.

• Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs
• Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Produce presentation visuals and renderings using Photoshop and other tools
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for design approvals
• Ensure design compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications
• Assist in documentation, drawings revisions, and project reporting
• Mentor junior architects and draughtsmen (for senior roles)

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office
• Strong knowledge of architectural design, detailing, and documentation
• Ability to translate conceptual ideas into accurate drawings and presentations
• Good client interaction and coordination skills
• Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills

• B.Arch / M.Arch / Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
