Job Overview:

Talent Vista Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive client acquisition and revenue growth in the US IT staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of US IT staffing, proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and lead generation, and the ability to work independently to secure new business opportunities.

This role is highly performance-driven, and compensation will include competitive incentives based on business closures. Only self-driven, hardworking, and confident professionals who can work without constant supervision should apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new direct clients, MSPs, and staffing vendors in the US IT staffing industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing effective staffing solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads, close deals, and expand business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and service terms with clients and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality candidate submissions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to enhance business strategies.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets through effective business development efforts.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory experience in US IT staffing business development, with a proven track record of acquiring clients.
  • Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes, contract types (W2, C2C, 1099), and IT technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of business targets.
  • Strong network and connections in the US staffing industry are a big plus.
  • Candidates from Delhi NCR or Hyderabad are preferred.
