Role & responsibilities -

Overall Responsibilities-Programming, Tool Designing, Process analysis and collaboration with

Cross functional team to improve manufacturing performance.

Experience of working as CNC Milling Process Engineer in AEROSPACE INDUSTRY is a mandatory.

Process Development and Optimization:

  • Design and develop CNC programs for milling machines (3, 4 & 5 Axis machines)
  • Analyze engineering drawings to determine optimal machining strategies.
  • Select cutting tools, calculate speeds and feeds, and set machining parameters.
  • Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct process simulations and set control strategies for efficient operations

Production Support

  • Set up and operate CNC milling machines to validate processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues during production.
  • Perform routine inspections and quality checks to ensure product conformity.
  • Maintain CNC equipment and ensure optimal performance.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Train machinists and technicians on new processes and procedures.
  • Document work instructions and maintain accurate records of process parameters

Data Analysis & Reporting

Qualifications:

  • BE- Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.

Preferred Candidate profiles:

  • Experience with 5-axis CNC milling.
  • ERP systems and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Experience in CNC Machining, preferably Milling operation
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM Software and G-code programming
  • Strong understanding of CNC Milling techniques, tooling and machine capabilities

Candidates with notice period not exceeding 2 months will be given preference.
