HR Senior Executive/TL – Recruitment & Generalist (International BPO – UK Shift)

We are seeking an experienced HR Senior Executive to manage both Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist functions for our growing international BPO team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment for UK process roles and managing core HR operations to ensure a positive and compliant work environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for UK and international BPO roles (voice).

  • Source candidates through various channels – job portals, social media, employee referrals, and databases.

  • Conduct screening, interviews, salary negotiation, and offer rollouts.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

  • Maintain recruitment reports and ensure hiring targets are met within defined timelines.

  • Handle onboarding, induction, and documentation for new hires.

  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.

  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.

  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll coordination, and benefits.

  • Support performance management, confirmation, and exit formalities.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.

  • Prepare and share Daily/Weekly recruitment and HR reports.

  • Coordinate with payroll and admin teams for smooth operations.

  • Assist in policy implementation and process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • Graduate/Post-Graduate in HR Management.

  • 3+ years of relevant HR experience in an International BPO environment.

  • Strong experience in recruitment for international processes (UK/US).

  • Good understanding of HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Flexible to work in UK shift timings.
