Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Aggressively drive sales and achieve business targets for Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
- • Maximize sales through effective lead generation and relationship building with clients and partners like DSAs (Direct Selling Agents).
- •
- Channel & Partner Management:
- Develop and manage relationships with DSAs and channel partners to scale up business volumes and portfolio acquisition.
- • Identify and build distribution networks in new and emerging locations for the LAP business.
- •
- Business Development & Strategy:
- Stay updated on market trends, competition, and product offerings to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
- • Provide market insights and feedback to the central product and policy teams to help stay ahead in the market.
- •
- Operational Excellence:
- Ensure smooth processing of loan files from application login to disbursement by liaising with internal departments like Operations and Credit.
- • Monitor sales performance, manage reports, and ensure smooth operational flow.
- •
- Team & Compliance:
- Align with team on ground lead generation activities and implement growth strategies.
- • Ensure 100% adherence to all company processes, policies, audit, and RBI (Reserve Bank of India) regulations.
Skills & Experience
- Sales Acumen:
Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets in the financial services sector.
- • Networking:
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- • Market Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the Loan Against Property market, competitor landscape, and financial products.
- • Compliance:
Strong knowledge of RBI regulations and compliance protocols for lending operations.
- • Management:
