Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, posting on various platforms, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
Develop and execute a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
Employee Relations and Support:
Serve as the first point of contact for all employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general employment matters.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting open communication.
Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and issues in a fair and confidential manner.
HR Administration and Compliance:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with all local and national labor laws and regulations.
- Manage payroll inputs, leave tracking, and attendance records.
Prepare and manage employment contracts and other HR-related documentation.
Performance and Development:
Assist in the implementation of performance management processes, including performance reviews and feedback sessions.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
- Support the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
