  • Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, posting on various platforms, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.

  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.

  • Develop and execute a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.

  • Employee Relations and Support:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general employment matters.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting open communication.

  • Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and issues in a fair and confidential manner.

  • HR Administration and Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

  • Ensure compliance with all local and national labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage payroll inputs, leave tracking, and attendance records.

  • Prepare and manage employment contracts and other HR-related documentation.

  • Performance and Development:

  • Assist in the implementation of performance management processes, including performance reviews and feedback sessions.

  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
  • Support the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
