We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced CDP-Continental to join our team at Bahri Hospitality. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 11 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food production and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements, including Continental cuisine.
  • Supervise and train junior staff members to ensure excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Maintain inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment, ensuring minimal waste and optimal resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and other expenses to optimize profitability.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CDP-Continental or similar role in a reputable hotel or restaurant establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and other relevant technologies.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience.
