Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Cloud Interaction Studio Developer (Manager) to design and implement new data integration solutions and processes for clients. You will be responsible for identifying and mapping data, executing complex system tests, and creating web pages and tests on Salesforce Interaction Studio using CSS/HTML/JavaScript. This role requires a minimum of 12 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in the MarTech or Marketing Data & Analytics space.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Data Integration & Management: Design and implement new data integration solutions and processes. Identify required data points, analyze data for usability in CDP, and map data sources and fields to CDP data objects.
- CDP Architecture: Identify the need for custom CDP objects, determine relationships between data objects, and identify appropriate primary and secondary keys.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Design test data, execute complex system tests, and troubleshoot code. Conduct QA reviews for all Salesforce Interaction Studio campaigns and templates.
- Web Development: Create web pages and tests on Salesforce Interaction Studio using CSS/HTML/JavaScript. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create full landing page templates.
- Project Management: Set timelines for deliverables and manage expectations with all involved parties.
- Technical Support: Monitor and maintain existing interaction studio templates and campaigns. Make content updates to websites as requested.

Skills Required

- 12+ years of overall experience, with 5+ years of hands-on experience with marketing data in the MarTech and/or Marketing Data & Analytics space.
- Minimum 1-year implementation experience for one or more Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on SQL experience.
- 2+ years of experience with data management, data transformation, and ETL, preferably using cloud-based tools.
- Experience managing large-scale, full-life cycle implementations of personalization solutions.
- Expertise in CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Relevant Salesforce experience (Sales & Service Cloud as well as Marketing Cloud), with related certifications being a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- The ability to communicate complex business and technical concepts using visualization and modeling aids.

QUALIFICATION:

- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
