Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Marketing Cloud developer to lead high-performance teams in delivering cutting-edge marketing solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding team members, providing technical oversight, and driving innovation in custom solutions. They will also oversee the design and development of seamless campaign experiences, define segmentation criteria for batch and trigger emails/SMS campaigns, and conduct A/B testing to drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget
- Analyze business requirements, create specifications, design engaging marketing journeys, develop campaigns, and manage end-to-end delivery
- Develop and maintain SFMC Cloud Pages and leverage audience builder data in journeys
- Design, develop, and debug custom solutions that meet business needs
- Define segmentation criteria for batch and trigger emails/SMS campaigns and conduct A/B testing
- Provide actionable insights to stakeholders to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working with clients delivering marketing campaign solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its data model
- Proficiency in AMPScript, text and HTML emails, landing pages, SMS and MMS messages, and push notifications from MobilePush
- Proven working experience using various marketing cloud components: Cloud Pages, Email Studio Social Studio, Advertising Studio, Web Studio, Journey Builder, Audience Builder, and Content Builder
- Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Best Practices
