Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert to join our team. As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage complex marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Lead a team of marketing cloud consultants to deliver high-quality results
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and create specifications
- Design and develop custom solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud components
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance
- Provide ROI details to stakeholders
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with clients delivering marketing campaign solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its data model
- Experience with development languages and frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS, SQL, and JavaScript)
- Knowledge of AMPScript, text and HTML emails, landing pages, SMS and MMS messages, and push notifications from MobilePush
- Proven working experience using various marketing cloud components (e.g., Cloud Pages, Email Studio Social Studio, Advertising Studio, Web Studio, Journey Builder, Audience Builder, and Content Builder)
- Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Best Practices
