
Office Administrator

The Admin Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and providing administrative support to the management and team members. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to maintain efficiency in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
- Handle front office activities such as phone calls, emails, and visitor management.
- Maintain and manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination.
- Assist HR and Accounts teams with documentation, payroll coordination, attendance records, and leave management.
- Support the management in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling travel arrangements.
- Oversee office facilities, cleanliness, and ensure a professional work environment.
- Coordinate with the IT/digital marketing teams for administrative needs.
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Prepare invoices, quotations, and assist in basic bookkeeping if required.
- Organize company events, team meetings, and internal communication activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Commerce / Relevant field.
- 1–3 years of administrative experience (experience in a digital marketing/IT company preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of basic accounting and HR processes is an added advantage.
