Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of our office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, supporting teams, and keeping processes efficient in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation
- Handle vendor coordination, procurement of office supplies, and expense tracking
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, attendance, and employee engagement activities
- Maintain company records, compliance documents, and assist with statutory filings
- Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and support leadership with administrative tasks
- Ensure a professional and welcoming office environment for employees and visitors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in office administration or similar roles (freshers with strong organizational skills may also apply)
- Strong communication skills in English and Tamil (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with accounting or ERP tools is a plus
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail
- A proactive, reliable, and problem-solving mindset
